Is there a way to override a column with calculations (CALC) for a certain
row so it does not show up?

For example:

Col.A B C
D
DESC. GL GL
CALC(B+C)
Row 1 REV1 500 500
1000
Row 2 REV2 600 600
1200
Row 3 REV3 700 700
1400
Row 4 PER 10% 20%
LEAVE THIS BLANK

Should look like this

Col.A B C D
DESC. GL GL CALC(B+C)
Row 1 REV1 500 500 1000
Row 2 REV2 600 600 1200
Row 3 REV3 700 700 1400
Row 4 PER 10% 20% LEAVE BLANK

In Column F of the the row format (Print Conntrol) Select NP or type NP. You
can still use that row to drive calculations but they will not show up on the
printed report.

This would elimate the Whole Row, which we aren't looking to do.

From the Example below, we want so show ROW4, COLUMN A, B, C, but not show
Column D. But if we did a NP on ROW4 it would no print the entire ROW. If we
did a NP on Coumn D in the Column Format, it would elimiate the entire
COLUMN...but we still want Column D for ROW's 1,2,3.

Col.A B C D
DESC. GL GL CALC(B+C)
Row 1 REV1 500 500 1000
Row 2 REV2 600 600 1200
Row 3 REV3 700 700 1400
Row 4 PER 10% 20% LEAVE BLANK

Essentially, we want to get ride of ROW4, COLUMN D

You can use the "Column" (column G in the row format) feature do get this
affect.

In the row format, you will see a column called "G Column". In that field
on the row you want to affect, add A,B,C

This tells the software to just show data in columns A, B, and C only.

One thing to note with this feature. The amount is still in the report, it
is just not being displayed. This is important to understand because it may
appear in calculations that include that specific cell.

Hope this helps.
