Actually I did download i-tunes but it wont let me install it because i need
to update windows update service pack 2 or later. I already have windows XP
2003 on my computer. I went to microsoft update but nothing happened. Any
suggestions?

hi dan,
first this topic should be moved to windows support forums. u have put this
post in wrong forum.
u need minimum SP2 to install any new softwares.
indows Xp service pack 3 has been released. download manually from the
following path.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=D811F258-C95F-479A-BDF1-0D1154D700A5&displaylang=en
install SP3
install latest sound drivers for your sound card
Then try installing the latest version of itunes from aple site.
